Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Faucet website and Faucet products and services, including Chat Manager+. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or software.
Faucet products
Faucet develops software that adds functionality to third-party apps and platforms. Features may change as our products evolve or as third-party platforms change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms and any additional license terms presented with a Faucet product, Faucet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose.
You may not misuse the software, attempt to circumvent access or licensing controls, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, or copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or reverse engineer Faucet software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your content and third-party accounts
You remain responsible for your content, your ChatGPT account, and actions you take using Chat Manager+. Faucet does not claim ownership of your ChatGPT conversations. Your use of ChatGPT and browser extension stores is also subject to the terms of those third-party services.
Chat management actions
Some Chat Manager+ features can organize, move, archive, or delete conversations. You are responsible for reviewing selections and commands before completing actions that may alter or remove content. Deleted content may not be recoverable.
Purchases and paid features
If Faucet offers paid products, subscriptions, or premium features, pricing and applicable purchase terms will be shown at the time of purchase. Additional payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund terms may apply and will be presented with the applicable offer or purchase flow.
Intellectual property
Faucet software, branding, website content, designs, graphics, and related materials are owned by Faucet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Faucet intellectual property to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Faucet products useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platform changes, browser updates, outages, or other circumstances outside Faucet's control may affect functionality.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faucet products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faucet and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from or related to your use of Faucet products or services.
Termination
You may stop using Faucet products at any time. Faucet may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, violation of these terms, legal requirements, security concerns, or discontinuation of a product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as our products and business evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
